Solar tracker systems

Solar tracking systems are devices designed to increase the energy efficiency of solar panels. These systems track the movement of the sun, so they are always at the optimal angle to the sunlight, which increases the efficiency of the solar panel, i.e. can increase the average daily energy production by 30-50%.

There are two main types of solar tracking systems: uniaxial and biaxial. Uniaxial systems track the sun in the east-west direction of the sky only, while biaxial systems track the sun in both the east-west and north-south directions. Biaxial systems are therefore more efficient than uniaxial systems.

Solar tracking systems are available in different sizes and capacities, allowing the choice of the right product according to the needs and the area. Systems are usually modular, allowing for future expansion if required.

The systems can also provide wind and rain protection, which can extend the life of the solar panels. These systems are generally more expensive than traditional static solar PV systems and can be more complex to install, but the payback period is short (4-6 years at current residential rates).

Overall, solar tracking systems are an efficient and advanced means to further increase the energy production and lifetime of solar panels. If high efficiency and long-term savings are important to the customer, a solar tracking system may be worth considering.
